Baseball Recap: Ponder Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Ponder and Gunter squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Ponder had to settle for second. They came up short against the Tigers, falling 7-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-0 on Thursday.

Ponder's defeat dropped their record down to 9-16. As for Gunter, the win was the 28th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 33-1.

As of now, neither Ponder nor the Tigers have any future games scheduled.
