Basketball Recap: Woodville-Tompkins Comes Up Short

Woodville-Tompkins lost against Groves back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Wolverines took a 51-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rebels. That's two games in a row now that the Wolverines have lost by exactly six points.

Woodville-Tompkins now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Groves, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Woodville-Tompkins will be playing at home against Glynn Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Groves, they will face off against Effingham County at 11:30 a.m. on Monday.
