Addison Trail has gone a perfect 9-0 against Proviso East recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Blazers will venture away from home to challenge the Pirates at 4:30 p.m. Addison Trail will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

Addison Trail will bounce into Tuesday's match after beating Berwyn/Cicero Morton, who they had gone 0-9 against in their nine prior meetings. The Blazers' defense stepped up to hand the Mustangs a 1-0 shutout on Thursday. Addison Trail's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three games.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Proviso East). They blew past Bulls College Prep 9-0 on Monday. It was an even better day for Ashley Avila as she scored four goals for her team.

Addison Trail's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-2. The home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those four contests. As for Proviso East, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-6.

Addison Trail took their victory against Proviso East when the teams last played back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 5-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Blazers since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
