Soccer Recap: Clarksville Falls to Beech in First Game of Season

Clarksville unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They fell just short of the Beech Buccaneers by a score of 2-1 on Wednesday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Wildcats of the 5-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2024.

The win was the third in a row for Beech, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Clarksville is taking a road trip to square off against Northwest at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Beech, they will face off against White House-Heritage at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
