Baseball Recap: Stansbury Comes Up Short

Stansbury lost to Green Canyon on Wednesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Stallions came up short against the Wolves, falling 13-2. The Stallions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Stansbury saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Hudson Wayman, who went 1-for-2 with one run.

Stansbury's defeat dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Green Canyon, their victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 14-4.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Stansbury will square off against rival Tooele at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Green Canyon is set to challenge their familiar foe Ridgeline at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
