Basketball Recap: Eureka Takes a Loss

Eureka saw some tournament action on Wednesday. They fell 70-63 to the Mendota Trojans.

Eureka's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Mendota, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

Coming up, Eureka will be home for the holidays to greet Tri-Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Hornets' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Mendota, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will challenge Rock Falls at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
