Soccer Recap: Mt. Carmel Takes a Loss

Mt. Carmel lost against Pinckneyville back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Golden Aces lost 4-1 to the Panthers. That's two games in a row now that Mt. Carmel have lost by exactly three goals.

Mt. Carmel's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Pinckneyville, they moved to 3-12 with that victory, which also ended their eight-match losing streak.

Mt. Carmel has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Newton on the 7th. As for Pinckneyville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 2-2 draw against Vienna/Goreville on the 8th.
