Blue Ridge faced Snowflake in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Yellow Jackets never let the Lobos get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory. This was a revenge game for Blue Ridge: when they faced off against Snowflake two weeks ago, they had to take a 5-2 loss.

Christian Vargas and Adrian Diaz scored both of Blue Ridge's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 45 goals.

The win made it two in a row for Blue Ridge and bumps their season record up to 10-5-2. As for Snowflake, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-5.

Looking ahead, Blue Ridge will take on Red Rock at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Snowflake does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
