Baseball Recap: Westmoore Comes Up Short

Westmoore came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Duncan Demons, falling 7-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Jaguars have suffered since April 23, 2024.

Westmoore's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 20-12. As for Duncan, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 32-6 record this season.

Westmoore wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, an 11-1 defeat against Choctaw on the 7th. As for Duncan, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Southmoore on the 5th.
