Flag Football Recap: Yuba City Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Yuba City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 27-14 to the River Valley Falcons.

Kaitlyn Garcia looked great while leading her team to the win, throwing for 158 yards and two TDs, while also rushing for 53 yards. That's the most rushing yards she has posted since back in August.

Yuba City's record now sits at 1-4. As for River Valley, they moved to 3-10 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Yuba City will challenge Placer at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Hillmen's defense has only allowed 14.3 points per game this season, so the Honkers' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for River Valley, they will head out on the road to take on Del Campo at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
