Softball Recap: South County Comes Up Short

South County lost against South Lakes back in April of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Stallions lost 13-3 to the Seahawks. The Stallions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

South County saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Julia Niner, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

South County's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4. As for South Lakes, their victory was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. South County will host Edison at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday. As for South Lakes, they will be playing at home against Robinson at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
