Soccer Recap: Paul W. Bryant Comes Up Short

Paul W. Bryant lost against Northridge on Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. Paul W. Bryant lost 10-0 to Northridge. While losing is never fun, Paul W. Bryant can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alabama soccer rankings (they are ranked 183rd, while Northridge are ranked 17th).

Paul W. Bryant dropped their record down to 2-10 with the loss, which was their sixth straight at home. As for Northridge, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-2-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Paul W. Bryant will challenge American Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. American Christian Academy will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something Paul W. Bryant surely won't give up without a fight. As for Northridge, they will face off against Gulf Shores at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
