Volleyball Recap: Greenfield's Undefeated Season over After Nine Games

Greenfield lost against South Hadley back in September of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Green Wave fell 3-1 to the Tigers. The loss was the Green Wave's first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Greenfield fell to 8-1. As for South Hadley, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-4.

Looking ahead, Greenfield will be playing in front of their home fans against Athol at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for South Hadley, they will challenge Chicopee at 6:15 p.m. on Monday. The Tigers are facing the Pacers at the right time seeing as the Pacers are stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
