Recap: Port of Los Angeles Polar Bears vs. Dymally Challengers

The Port of Los Angeles Polar Bears's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fourth straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 82-33 loss at the hands of Dymally. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat Port of Los Angeles has suffered yet this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Dymally to victory, but perhaps none more so than Amonte Mobley, who scored 26 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Mobley has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Nyzear Hamby, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 12 rebounds.

Port of Los Angeles bumped their record down to 4-10 with that loss, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Dymally, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a massive bump to their 9-11 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Port of Los Angeles' road trip will continue as they head out to face Locke at 4:30 p.m. on January 17th. Locke has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 203 points over their last three matches. Dymally won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Cathedral at 1:00 p.m. on January 13th.
