Volleyball Game Preview: Waynedale Golden Bears vs. Dalton Bulldogs

The Waynedale Golden Bears will challenge the Dalton Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

If Northwestern wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Waynedale, they should've done a better job of containing Kylie Geiser. The Golden Bears walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Huskies on Thursday thanks in part to Geiser, who had 31 digs. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 15 or more in each of the last six games she's played.

Waynedale walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-11, 23-25, 25-21, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Dalton had already won 14 in a row and they went ahead and made it 15 on Saturday. They blew past the Redbirds 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-17, 25-13.

Waynedale's victory bumped their record up to 11-5. As for Dalton, their win bumped their record up to 16-1.
