Jagger Kemp gave up the fewest walks he has since back in March on Thursday. Oregon had no answer to Kemp as he struck out six batters over four innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off six hits. Kemp has been consistent recently: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.
