Baseball Game Preview: Baldwin Bulldogs vs. Bonner Springs Braves

The Baldwin Bulldogs will square off against the Bonner Springs Braves at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Baldwin knows how to get runs on the board -- the squad has finished with ten runs or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Bonner Springs likes a good challenge.

Baldwin's pitching crew heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Monday. They blew past Harmon 15-0. The win continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Hawks: they've now won five in a row.

Meanwhile, Bonner Springs hadn't done well against Lansing recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Braves had just enough and edged out the Lions 5-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Braves have posted since March 25th.

The win got Baldwin back to even at 11-11. As for Bonner Springs, their victory bumped their record up to 5-15-2.
