Football Recap: Orange Beach Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Orange Beach lost against Mobile Christian back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Makos took a 32-17 bruising from the Leopards. The Makos have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Tucker Wade threw for 117 yards on five of 13 attempts. Chris Taylor was his top target, picking up 77 receiving yards. On the ground, Blake Brunick rushed for 117 yards while picking up 7.3 yards per carry.

Orange Beach now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Mobile Christian, their win bumped their record up to 6-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Orange Beach will host St. Michael Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Makos will need to watch out since the Cardinals have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season. As for Mobile Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against W.S. Neal at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
