Basketball Recap: Whitefish Takes a Loss

Whitefish lost against Ronan back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Whitefish Bulldogs fell 64-55 to the Ronan Chiefs. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Montana basketball rankings (they are ranked 86th, while the Chiefs are ranked 35th).

Whitefish's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Ronan, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-5.

Whitefish will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Bigfork at 7:15 p.m. on February 25th. As for Ronan, they have already played their next game, a 52-48 victory against Browning on the 15th.
