After losing to San Dieguito Academy the last time they met, Sage Creek decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Bobcats walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Mustangs on Tuesday.

Sage Creek walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 18-25, 25-13, 25-21.

San Dieguito Academy's loss came despite strong showings from Noah Ansaldo and Robbie Hacker. Ansaldo had 16 digs and two aces, while Hacker had 14 assists and eight digs. Ansaldo is on a roll when it comes to digs, as he's now had ten or more in each of the last four games he's played.

Sage Creek's victory bumped their record up to 16-19. As for San Dieguito Academy, they dropped their record down to 20-15 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Sage Creek is set to square off against their familiar foe Westview at 6:12 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, San Dieguito Academy will challenge rival Mission Vista at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
