Tyner Academy came tearing into Friday's game with ten straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 22.5 points), and they left with even more momentum. They enjoyed a cozy 68-54 victory over the Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences Patriots. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 66-44 back in January.

Tyner Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Adarius Brewster, who went 8-for-18 to rack up 19 points in addition to six boards and five assists. That's the most assists Brewster has posted since back in December of 2024. Another player making a difference was Rodney Henderson III, who went 9-for-15 en route to 18 points along with six assists and five rebounds.

Tyner Academy pushed their record up to 22-6 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.0 points over those games. As for Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-12.
