Basketball Recap: Johnson Creek Takes a Loss

On Saturday, the Johnson Creek Bluejays came up short against the Montello Hilltoppers and fell 50-40. The Bluejays have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Johnson Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Montello, they moved to 1-12 with that win, which also ended their 14-game losing streak.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Johnson Creek has already played their next contest (against Cambria-Friesland), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Montello will take on Princeton/Green Lake at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
