Baseball Recap: Georgetown Takes a Loss

Georgetown and Family Christian squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Georgetown had to settle for second. They lost 10-2 to the Flames. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Bulldogs couldn't push the score so high this time.

Georgetown's defeat dropped their record down to 11-11. As for Family Christian, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 22-13.

Georgetown does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Family Christian, they have already played their next matchup, a 12-2 victory against Plainview on the 7th.
