Volleyball Recap: Worcester Academy Gets the Win

The Worcester Academy Hilltoppers narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Noble & Greenough Bulldogs 3-2.

Worcester Academy was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The match finished with set scores of 19-25, 25-11, 11-25, 25-20, 15-7.

Worcester Academy's win bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Noble & Greenough, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season.

Worcester Academy will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Kingswood Oxford at 4:30 p.m. As for Noble & Greenough, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Governor's Academy at 3:45 p.m. on the 22nd.
