Baseball Recap: Middlesex Gets the Win

While Middlesex's victory against Colonial Beach wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Chargers sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 7-6 win over the Drifters on Tuesday.

The team relied heavily on Thomas Foster, who went 2-for-4 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one run. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high. Caleb Hoegerl was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run.

Middlesex's victory bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Colonial Beach, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.
