Volleyball Recap: Manteca Buffaloes vs. Mountain House Mustangs

Manteca extended their road winning streak to five games thanks to a huge performance from Kamiyah Johnson. Everything went the Manteca Buffaloes' way against the Mountain House Mustangs on Thursday as the Manteca Buffaloes made off with a 3-0 win thanks in part to Johnson, who had six digs and four aces. Those four aces gave her a new career-high.

Manteca didn't let Mountain House take a single set, but it sure wasn't easy: every set was decided by three points or less. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-22, 29-27.

Taimane Tu'Uga paced Manteca's offense, picking up 15 kills. Tu'Uga got some help from Riley Ward and her 17 assists. Tu'Uga was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.
