Santee has no trouble against Jefferson

The Santee Falcons scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Wednesday. They walked away with a 53-41 win over Jefferson. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Santee has managed all season.
Santee found their leader in underclassman Darnell Miller, who scored 25 points. Those 25 points set a new season-high mark for him. Emiliano Chavez was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Santee's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-6. As for Jefferson, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-6.
Santee will head out on the road to face off against Diego Rivera at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Diego Rivera will be looking to keep their three-game home win streak alive. Jefferson will take on Dr. Maya Angelou Community at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Dr. Maya Angelou Community is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.
