Volleyball Recap: Mountain View Takes a Loss

Mountain View was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Arroyo Knights, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Vikings of the 3-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Mountain View's loss dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Arroyo, their victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-5 and their overall record up to 3-10.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Mountain View is set to take on their familiar foe South El Monte at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Arroyo will square off against rival El Monte at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
