Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Oakville). They breezed by the Three Rivers Christian Eagles to the tune of 80-47 on Thursday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Acorns as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Oakville's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-9. As for Three Rivers Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-9 record this season.

As of now, neither Oakville nor Three Rivers Christian have any future games scheduled.
