St. Luke's Episcopal had already won four in a row dating back to last season and they went ahead and made it five on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the St. Martin Yellow Jackets.

St. Luke's Episcopal easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-14.

Colbie Acosta paced St. Luke's Episcopal's offense, picking up seven kills. Acosta got some help from Baker Garside and her nine assists. Lauren Hill and Millie Wilson kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

St. Luke's Episcopal's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for St. Martin, they dropped their record down to 4-11 with the defeat, which was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season.

St. Luke's Episcopal wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against East Central on the 23rd. As for St. Martin, they will venture away from home to square off against Biloxi at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
