Fulton had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 6-5 W against the Boyne City Ramblers. That's two games straight that the Pirates have won by just one run.

Bryson Sattler was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing one inning while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Sattler was also big at the plate, getting on base in two of his three plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Parker Duflo, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in May of 2024. Carson Litwiller also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.

Fulton pushed their record up to 7-4 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.0 runs over those games. As for Boyne City, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-3-1 record this season.
