Basketball Recap: Winchendon Drops Highest Score of Season Against Rosedale Christian Academy

Winchendon is still winless after their contest against Rosedale Christian Academy on Saturday, but the team can take solace in the fact it was the closest they've come to winning. They were two points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 58-56 heartbreaker at the hands of the Rosedale Christian Academy Rosedale Panthers. One positive for the Wapiti, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Winchendon's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Rosedale Christian Academy, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 17-3.

Winchendon has already played their next game (against MacDuffie), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Rosedale Christian Academy won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Truman at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday.
