Softball Recap: Winters Takes a Loss

After flying high against Dublin on Saturday, Winters came back down to earth. The Winters Blizzards came up short against the Clyde Bulldogs on Saturday, falling 12-0. The Blizzards haven't had much luck with the Bulldogs recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Winters now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Clyde, their victory was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-1.

Looking ahead, Winters will take on San Saba at 3:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Clyde, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 20-0 win against Coleman on the 15th.
