Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Jenks couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They fell just short of the Owasso Rams by a score of 39-36 on Friday. The Trojans' loss signaled the end of their seven-game winning streak.

Owasso's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jayden Hall, who rushed for 101 yards and a pair of touchdowns, and also caught one score. Hall's rushing production has been exceptional for a while as that marked his 13th straight game with at least 101 rushing yards dating back to last season. Owasso also got help from Tae Bethel, who showed off his sure hands for 131 receiving yards.

Jenks' defeat dropped their record down to 10-2. As for Owasso, the victory (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 10-2.

Jenks does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Owasso, they will square off against Bixby at 7:00 p.m. on the 6th. The Rams will need to watch out since the Spartans have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season.
