Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Tullahoma). Their defense stepped up to hand the Fayetteville Tigers a 6-0 shutout on Thursday. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded Tullahoma with their most commanding win of the season.

They hit Fayetteville with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Gage Allen (2), Jude Smith (2), Chase Banks, and Riccardo Vazquez.

Tullahoma now has a winning record of 6-5-2. As for Fayetteville, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-11.

Tullahoma wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 1-0 defeat against Coffee County Central on the 26th. As for Fayetteville, they will challenge Richland at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Richland will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something Fayetteville surely won't give up without a fight.
