Fullerton extended their winning streak to four on Wednesday, bumping their season record up to 17-8-1 in the process. They never let the Laguna Hills Hawks get on the board and left with a 4-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 8-1 on Tuesday.

Not much got past Garrett Wightman, who gave up just a hit to keep Laguna Hills off the board. Wightman has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one hit any time he's pitched this season.

At the plate, Miguel Velasquez was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run. Sammy Chacon was another key player, going 1-for-2 with one triple and one run.

As for Laguna Hills, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-11. The contest marked the first time this season in which they were not able to get on the board.

On Laguna Hills' side, Christian Sigaty spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered three earned (and one unearned) runs on eight hits.

Fullerton will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Hawks: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:15 p.m. on Friday.
