Basketball Recap: Highlands Find Success

Highlands won the last time they faced Mesa Verde and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Highlands Scots escaped with a win against the Mesa Verde Mavericks by the margin of a single free throw, 47-46. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Scots.

Mesa Verde lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Will Dickinson, who posted 12 points. The dominant performance gave Dickinson a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ethaniel Iglesias, who put up ten points.
