C District 4 (8 Man) recap Sept. 26, 2012

Webbers Falls extended the longest winning streak in C District 4 (8 Man) this week by beating Bokoshe, 69-0. This was the team's fourth consecutive win.

Sasakwa was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fifth to second in the league. The Vikings defeated Arkoma 64-24 earlier in the week.

The Mustangs' dynamic duo of Nathan Gragg and Tyree Noldon proved tough for Sasakwa to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Gragg threw for 166 yards and three touchdowns and Noldon had 95 yards receiving. Derik Fain helped Arkoma's passing attack out by catching three balls for 82 yards.

Zac Harjo made the biggest impact on defense this week as Johnie Loggins's team beat Arkoma. The 6-foot-2 junior recorded one fumble.

Trevor Morris was the most productive running back in the league this week. In 11 carries, he ran for 135 yards as the Vikings lost to the Vikings. Forrest Henry also contributed to the rushing game with 129 yards on the ground.

The Mustangs' Gragg and Noldon have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading C District 4 (8 Man) in both passing and receiving yards. Gragg has thrown for 304 yards this season, while Noldon, a 6-foot-1 receiver, has nine catches for 250 yards. Henry from Sasakwa leads the league in rushing with 443 yards.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when Webbers Falls takes on Thackerville. At the moment, Shawn Dismuke's team is in first, while the Wildcats are in fourth.

The Warriors took down Bokoshe 69-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
