O'Connell scored the most points they've had this season on Thursday, but it wasn't enough. They lost 66-45 to the Burton Pumas. The Boilermakers haven't had much luck with the Pumas recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

O'Connell's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Burton, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-13.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. O'Connell will square off against June Jordan School of Equity at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Burton, they will face off against KIPP SF College Prep at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
