East Lyme had lost six games straight , but after bumping their record up to 4-9 on Monday that streak is in the rearview. They skirted past the RHAM Raptors 16-14. The Vikings' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.
As for RHAM, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-7. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss they have suffered since May 11, 2024.
For RHAM's part, Mya Strumskas made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-5 with three RBI and two doubles.
