Basketball Game Preview: East Noble Knights vs. Norwell Knights

East Noble hasn't had much luck against Norwell recently, but that could start to change on Saturday. The East Noble Knights will take on the Norwell Knights at 7:00 p.m. Both teams are coming into the matchup red-hot, with East Noble sitting on three straight wins and Norwell on seven.

East Noble is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. They walked away with a 59-51 victory over Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger.

East Noble relied on the efforts of Averi Amstutz, who posted 13 points along with six assists and six boards, and Rian David, who went 6 of 8 en route to 17 points. Thanks to that strong game, David now owns an excellent 40.4% three-point shooting accuracy. Another player making a difference was Addison Deming, who put up ten points.

They weren't the only ones working in the assist department: East Noble was working as a unit and finished the game with 17 assists. They posted seven more assists than Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger's also-impressive total of ten.

Meanwhile, Norwell strolled past Bellmont with points to spare on Saturday, taking the game 57-39.

Norwell's win bumped their record up to 19-6. As for East Noble, their victory bumped their record up to 16-9.

East Noble took a serious blow against Norwell in their previous matchup two weeks ago, falling 81-41. Can East Noble avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
