Football Recap: Riverside Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Riverside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 42-33 to the Fleming Island Golden Eagles. That's two games in a row now that the Generals have lost by exactly nine points.

Riverside's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Fleming Island, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Riverside will take on Orange Park at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Fleming Island, they are packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will take on Oakleaf at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
