Liberty Christian Academy came into Friday's matchup looking for another win against Southeastern Christian Academy, but Ziyon Smith wouldn't allow it. The Southeastern Christian Academy Warriors came out on top against the Liberty Christian Academy Heat by a score of 75-63 on Friday thanks in part to Smith, who dropped a double-double on 27 points and 13 rebounds. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in blocks (five).

Another player making a difference was Uzziah Marlowe, who posted 16 points and six assists. He is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played.

Despite the loss, Liberty Christian Academy still got an impressive performance from Mark Bachmann, who earned 24 points and six steals. Jayden Biggs was another key player, going 6 for 10 en route to 16 points and six boards.

The win (which was Southeastern Christian Academy's third in a row) raised their record to 9-8. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.0 points per game. As for Liberty Christian Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-5.
