Jace Curtis Game Report: vs Dayspring Christian Academy + How To Watch

Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Jace Curtis stepped things up a notch to give Akron the 'W'. Curtis made a splash, rushing for 87 yards and one score, while also throwing for 33 yards and one TD. Considering he played a big game the last time he faced off against Dayspring Christian Academy back in September of 2024, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock. Curtis also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making 11 total tackles and defending two passes in addition to snagging two interceptions.

Curtis and Akron will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Haxtun at 7:30 p.m. on October 10.
