Volleyball Game Preview: Elkhart Lions vs. South Central Satellites

The Elkhart Lions will head out to challenge the South Central Satellites at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with three losses in a row, Elkhart turned things around against South Bend Saint Joseph on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out the Huskies 3-2.

Elkhart had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 23-25, 25-27, 25-18, 25-18, 15-13.

Meanwhile, South Central got the win against Hebron on Friday by a conclusive 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-17, 25-21.

Elkhart's victory bumped their record up to 4-8. As for South Central, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season.
