Softball Game Preview: Norfolk Christian Ambassadors vs. Booker T. Washington Mighty Bookers

The Norfolk Christian Ambassadors will head out on the road to square off against the Booker T. Washington Mighty Bookers at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses apiece.

Norfolk Christian fell victim to Arcadia and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Firebirds, falling 10-0.

Norfolk Christian saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cambell White, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base. White is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last four games she's played.

Meanwhile, Booker T. Washington lost 24-1 to Green Run on Friday.

Booker T. Washington's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Norfolk Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.

Norfolk Christian suffered a grim 23-7 defeat to Booker T. Washington in their previous meeting back in March of 2022. Can Norfolk Christian avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
