Glens Falls had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9 runs) and they went ahead and made it six on Friday. They walked away with a 10-5 victory over the Maple Hill Wildcats.

Jilyse Owira spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and three unearned) runs on six hits and racked up six Ks.

At the plate, Isabella Johnson was a standout: she went 3-for-4 with two runs, one double, and one RBI. Parker McTague was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.

Glens Falls' record is now 12-6. As for Maple Hill, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-6.
