Pascack Valley faced Ramapo in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Panthers walked away with a 4-1 win over the Raiders. The victory was nothing new for the Panthers as they're now sitting on four straight.

Pascack Valley's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-5. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Ramapo, the loss snapped their winning streak at seven games and leaves them with a 19-4 record.

Pascack Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ramapo, they will take on Seton Hall Prep at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The Pirates will roll in looking for their 12th straight win, something the Raiders surely won't give up without a fight.
