Ector has gone a perfect 9-0 against Sulphur Bluff recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Ector Eagles will be playing at home against the Sulphur Bluff Bears at 6:30 p.m. Ector knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matches -- so hopefully Sulphur Bluff likes a good challenge.

Last Tuesday, Ector made easy work of Miller Grove and carried off a 59-36 win. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Hornets recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Sulphur Bluff suffered their biggest loss since November 16, 2024 on Tuesday. They took a blow against Avery, falling 65-27. The Bears were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 39-10.

This is the second loss in a row for Sulphur Bluff and nudges their season record down to 12-17. As for Ector, their win bumped their record up to 22-9.

Ector was able to grind out a solid victory over Sulphur Bluff in their previous matchup back in December of 2019, winning 63-51. Does Ector have another victory up their sleeve, or will Sulphur Bluff turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
