Jackson County Central had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Blue Earth Buccaneers on Tuesday. The Huskies haven't had any issues with the Buccaneers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Blue Earth is on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
